It will be obvious to most who find their way here that this is a homebrew clone of that classic of classics: Sensible Soccer. The team
in number: one, in identity: me!
On the face of it, a pretty senseless project. You can, after all, still play the mother of all football games on emulators like DOSBox, UAE etc.
So, the point of this project is merely the fun of doing it. We also hope to learn a few things along the way. We can't hope to improve upon the original, but we can, selfishly, tweak (relax, i said tweak not twerk) features and gameplay to please us and cater to our own personal tastes as opposed to those
of "the masses."
